When does my Europe eSIM start?
Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in Europe — never at purchase or installation. Buy it today, install it at home, and the clock only starts when you land.
Can I keep using WhatsApp with my normal number?
Yes. Your home SIM stays in the phone for calls and SMS, and WhatsApp stays registered to your usual number — only the data flows through the Europe eSIM.
What speeds will I get in Europe?
The eSIM connects to major local 4G/5G networks and picks the strongest partner automatically. Unlimited plans have a daily high-speed allowance (shown on the plan card) — reduced speed after that until the next day.
Can I hotspot?

What if it doesn't work when I arrive?
